I Audit Before I Build. Always.

Most AI consultants start with tools. I start with your operation: the way it actually runs, where the time goes, and what's costing your best people the most. That's the work I came from. That's still the work I do.

Origin

The long way into AI.

I didn't come up through tech. I came up through the work.

For years, I operated as an energy and incentive solutions consultant: auditing facilities, mapping operational workflows, writing SOPs, and finding the gaps between how a business ran and how it could run. The job was always the same at its core: go into a business, understand it from first principles, and identify what's inefficient, what's redundant, and what's costing the organization more than it should.

That discipline (audit first, recommend second, build third) is what I brought with me when AI became something a consultant could actually deploy.

I wasn't looking for a new industry. I was looking for a better tool. I found one. Then I built another. Then another. And somewhere in that process, AI stopped being a tool I used and became a system I designed.

Industries served

Four industries. Four different businesses. One result.

I've built and deployed production AI systems across four completely different verticals. Not pilots. Not proofs of concept. Systems running right now, on a Tuesday morning, without anyone thinking about them.

01

Energy incentive & audit firm

Built the agentic workflow infrastructure for a firm that audits facilities and captures utility rebate incentives. Sales pipeline automation, process documentation, and department- and org-facing plugin packages: integrated custom workflows built on purpose-built skills that handle intake, qualification, and handoffs autonomously. A lean team now runs the full rebate pipeline end to end, with the manual intake-and-handoff drag pulled out of the process.

02

Real estate investment firm

Built a full business AI architecture for a real estate investment firm that needed buyer-facing systems, a custom comparables engine, sales department automation, and an executive dashboard that gave leadership a real-time view of the operation. I started with a business audit. By the end, the firm had a connected stack that ran sales, ops, and reporting without the manual drag that was slowing everything down.

03

Multimedia production studio

Built the entire AI production pipeline for a studio working at the intersection of music, film, and AI-generated media. A connected set of agentic skills that pass work between tools, generate their own reference material, and sharpen their own output over time, eliminating the production bottlenecks that kill creative output. This one tested every assumption I had about what agentic systems could do in an unstructured, high-creativity environment. It passed.

04

Multi-state cannabis vertical

Built AI systems inside a multi-state cannabis operation, a licensed producer working in one of the most compliance-heavy, tightly regulated environments in the country. Seed-to-sale tracking, state compliance reporting, cultivation operations, inventory, and batch tracking: workflows where anything AI touched had to survive an audit and stay defensible. The constraint wasn't creativity, it was regulation. Learning to build AI that holds up inside those guardrails taught me more about real-world deployment than any sandbox ever could.

What all four taught me

The industry changes. The problems don't. Every business has the same core constraint: the work that needs doing and the people available to do it never perfectly match. AI doesn't fix that by eliminating people. It fixes it by eliminating the work that was never worth a person's time in the first place.

Method

How I work.

01

Start small.

We don't begin with a sweeping overhaul. We begin with one system, the single highest-leverage place where AI can return time to your team or increase output without adding headcount. I find that place through an audit, not an assumption.

02

Ship it.

Once we've identified the opportunity, I build it. Not a roadmap. Not a recommendation deck. The actual system: deployed, integrated, and running in your environment. You see the output before you commit to anything else.

03

Build trust, then stack.

The first system proves the model. After that, every engagement is additive. We stack efficiencies, one system at a time, until your whole operation runs at a level of output that wasn't possible before. At the end of a full engagement, you have fully integrated AI, custom-built agentic workflows, and compounding operational efficiency that grows on its own.

04

I don't build and leave.

Every system comes with documentation, team enablement, and a handoff designed to make you independent. The goal is that you understand what you have, how it works, and how to grow it, with or without me.

Philosophy

On AI and the people who actually run your business.

The fear I hear most often from business owners isn't "will AI work?" It's "will AI cost me my team?"

I understand that fear. And I want to be direct about where I stand on it.

I don't build systems that replace people. I build systems that free people up to do the work only they can do. There's a difference, and it matters.

Your team is the asset. The institutional knowledge, the relationships, the judgment calls, the things that make your business yours: no system replaces that. What a well-built AI system does is take the rest: the intake, the routing, the documentation, the reporting, the repetitive operational drag that has been eating your best people's hours for years.

When that work runs itself, your team doesn't shrink. It multiplies.

What I've built

Production systems, not slideware.

  • Agentic sales pipeline systems operating in live production
  • Connected agentic AI skill package with automated handoffs and self-refining workflows
  • Executive dashboard systems integrating real-time operational and sales data
  • Custom comparables engines for real estate investment
  • Compliance-grade AI workflows in cannabis and utility environments
  • Full creative production pipeline integrating AI video, audio, and music systems
  • Connected tech stacks across CRM, communication, documentation, and reporting tools

Working together

What it looks like to work with me.

We start with a call. I'll ask about your business: how it runs, where the time goes, what's costing you the most. I'm not trying to sell you a system on that call. I'm trying to understand whether I can actually help you, and where.

If there's a fit, we start with an AI Opportunity Map, a first-principles operational audit that gives you a clear picture of your highest-leverage AI entry points and a deployment roadmap. That's a standalone deliverable. You can take it anywhere.

If you want to build together, we go from there. One system at a time. Building trust, stacking wins, until the whole operation is running at a level you didn't think was possible from where you are today.

I work with

  • SMBs, startups, and founders, with a sweet spot of 5 to 100 employees
  • Founders and operators who want to understand what they're building, not just buy a black box
  • Companies in any industry: my background is operational, not vertical-specific
  • Teams ready for real implementation, not another strategy session

I don't work well with

  • Organizations that want AI for the optics, not the output
  • Projects where the budget is a demo and the timeline is indefinite
  • Anyone who wants me to promise outcomes I haven't verified
Get started

Let's find your first win.

One 20-minute call. I'll tell you where AI can actually move the needle in your business, what it takes to get it live, and what you can expect on the other side. No pitch. No deck. Just a straight conversation.
