Do I have to work with you after the audit?
No. The roadmap is yours. You can take it to any developer, any AI consultant, or your internal team. The audit is built as a standalone deliverable on purpose. You should never feel locked into the next step.
How long does the audit take?
Typically 1–2 weeks. The discovery session can run anywhere from 2 to 20 hours with your team, depending on the depth of scope. The mapping and roadmap work happens on my end after that.
