What to expect

Twenty minutes. Three possible outcomes.

The call is 20 minutes. Here's how it goes: you tell me about your business: what you do, how many people, what the operation looks like day to day. I ask about where time goes, where things slow down, what's manual that probably shouldn't be. From that, I'll give you a direct read on where AI can move the needle first and what it would take to build it.

At the end of the call, one of three things happens: we scope next steps together, I point you toward a resource that fits better, or we agree it's not the right fit right now. All three are fine outcomes. No follow-up pitch if you're not interested. No hard close. Just a useful conversation.
